Delete Account Request

Follow the steps below to permanently delete your Mathlon account.

Delete Your Account in the App

The fastest way is right inside Mathlon:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Go to Account.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm. For your security, the App asks you to sign in again first.

Your account is closed and your leaderboard entries are removed right away. Your cloud data is kept for 30 days and then permanently deleted. The App then starts fresh as a guest.

Have Mathlon Pro? Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play account settings, or from Settings > Mathlon Pro > Manage subscription.

Data to be Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Account information: Your sign-in account, display name, username, email address and profile photo URL
  • Learning progress: Lesson and section progress, accuracy, study time and your review queue
  • Game data: XP, level, coins, hearts, badges, streak, quests and Max's cosmetic items
  • Leaderboard entries: Your all-time entry and your entries for this week and last week
  • Settings: Selected exam and grade, reminder time and other preferences
  • Data on this device: The progress stored locally on the device you delete from

Important: This action cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, it is not possible to recover your data.

Request Deletion by Email

If you can no longer open the App, send us a request by email and we will process it within 30 days. Your email app will open with a pre-filled template.
