By downloading, installing, or using Meva (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Meva is an Islamic spiritual wellness application. The App offers:
- Guided meditation sessions
- Daily prayer tracking
- Quran reading and listening
- Dua (supplication) collections
- Qibla compass
- Dhikr (remembrance) counter
- Community features (stories, direct messages, social feed)
- Gamification (achievements, levels, streaks)
- 21-day spiritual habit journeys
3. User Accounts
Account Creation
You may create an account using:
- Google Sign-In
- Apple Sign-In
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Account Linking
You may link your account to Google or Apple to preserve your progress and enable additional features.
Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings or by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Premium Subscription
The App offers premium subscription plans:
- Monthly subscription
- Annual subscription
Payment Processing
All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription terms, including pricing and renewal policies, are governed by the respective app store's terms.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions through your app store account settings.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Respect the spiritual nature of the App and its community
- Post inappropriate, offensive, or hateful content
- Harass users through direct messages or community features
- Impersonate religious scholars or authorities
6. Community Guidelines
User-generated content within community features must be respectful and appropriate. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our guidelines without notice.
Users can report inappropriate content through the reporting tools available within the App. We review all reports and take appropriate action.
7. Intellectual Property
Our Content
The App, including its design, graphics, audio, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create within the App. By using the App, you grant us a license to use your content to improve our services and provide App functionality.
8. Religious Content Disclaimer
Please be aware of the following regarding religious content in the App:
- Quranic text and dua content are sourced from established Islamic sources
- The App is not a substitute for consultation with qualified Islamic scholars
- Prayer times and Qibla direction are calculated algorithmically and may have minor inaccuracies
- We do not make claims of religious authority
9. Health and Wellness Disclaimer
Meditation features within the App are provided for general wellness purposes. The App is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of qualified health providers with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

"As Is" Basis
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, spiritual guidance reliance, or service interruptions.
