By downloading, installing, or using Younique: Life Coach (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Younique is a personal life coaching and wellness application. The App offers:

- Nutrition and calorie tracking
- Habit-building and quitting tools (e.g., breaking bad habits)
- Goal setting and personalized coaching tips
- Progress tracking and analytics
- Reminders, motivation, and gamification (achievements, streaks)
3. User Accounts
Account Creation
You may create an account using:
- Google Sign-In
- Apple Sign-In
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings or by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Premium Subscription
The App offers premium subscription plans:

Payment Processing
All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription terms, including pricing and renewal policies, are governed by the respective app store's terms.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions through your app store account settings.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the App
6. Health and Fitness Disclaimer
Please read this section carefully before using the App's fitness, nutrition, and coaching features:
- Younique is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
- Workout plans, nutrition guidance, and coaching content are for general informational and wellness purposes only
- Consult a physician or qualified health professional before beginning any exercise program, diet, or habit-change plan, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication
- You are solely responsible for your own health and safety; stop any activity that causes pain or discomfort and seek medical attention if needed
- Calorie counts and nutritional information are estimates and may not be fully accurate
By using the App, you acknowledge that you participate in any physical activity or dietary change at your own risk.
7. Intellectual Property
Our Content
The App, including its design, graphics, workout content, and text, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create within the App. By using the App, you grant us a license to use your content to improve our services and provide App functionality.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice.
