Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Language Vocabulary Game (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Language Vocabulary Game is an English vocabulary learning application that helps users master English through interactive games and challenges. The App offers:

• Various learning modes (Flashcards, Word Scramble, Memory Match, and more)
• Levels and progress tracking
• Achievements and rewards
• Leaderboards and profile stats
• Multiplayer gaming modes

User Accounts

Account Creation

You may create an account using Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or Anonymous mode (limited functionality).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Linking

Anonymous users may link their account to Google or Apple to preserve their progress and enable additional features.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscriptions and Payments

Premium Subscription

The App offers premium subscription plans: Monthly, Annual, and Gold membership.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription terms, including pricing and renewal policies, are governed by the respective app store's terms.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions through your app store account settings.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized modifications
• Engage in abusive behavior toward other users in multiplayer modes

Intellectual Property

Our Content

The App, including its design, graphics, games, audio, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within the App. By using the App, you grant us a license to use your gameplay and learning data to improve our services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific educational outcomes or language proficiency levels.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
