By downloading, installing, or using Nerdy (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Description of Service
Nerdy is a math learning game application that helps users improve their math skills through interactive games and challenges. The App offers:
- Various math game modes (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and more)
- Solo and multiplayer gameplay
- Video-based learning content
- Progress tracking and achievements
User Accounts
Account Creation
You may create an account using:
- Google Sign-In
- Apple Sign-In
- Anonymous mode (limited functionality)
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Account Linking
Anonymous users may link their account to Google or Apple to preserve their progress and enable additional features.
Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Subscriptions and Payments
Premium Subscription
The App offers premium subscription plans:
- Monthly subscription
- Annual subscription
Payment Processing
All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription terms, including pricing and renewal policies, are governed by the respective app store's terms.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions through your app store account settings.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized modifications
- Engage in abusive behavior toward other users in multiplayer modes
Intellectual Property
Our Content
The App, including its design, graphics, games, audio, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create within the App. By using the App, you grant us a license to use your gameplay data to improve our services.
Multiplayer Features
Room Codes and QR Codes
Multiplayer rooms use unique codes and QR codes for joining. Share these only with intended participants.
Fair Play
Users must engage in fair play during multiplayer sessions. Cheating or exploiting bugs may result in account suspension.
Disclaimers
"As Is" Basis
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Educational Purpose
The App is designed for educational entertainment. We do not guarantee specific educational outcomes or academic improvement.
Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
Limitation of Liability
